Junior Analyst & Sales Support

7Gen is seeking a Junior Analyst & Sales Support to join its rapidly growing team and provide essential support to the sales and business development department.

If you have experience in sales support, business development, or marketing and are comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you. This opportunity is based in Montreal with a semi-remote work schedule (1 d/w at the office).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team and external agencies to ensure efficient tracking, automation, and optimization of sales campaigns. Propose adjustments and targeted approaches to enhance return on investment (ROI).

Business Development: Create client offers, manage and optimize the CRM, and handle various administrative tasks such as grant requests, database updates, and contract writing.

Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and interpret sales data from various sources such as advertising campaigns, CRM, social media, web traffic, and more.

Prospect Management: Support the sales team by providing initial responses to incoming prospects via email, calls, or video calls and quickly qualifying leads.

Market Research: Participate in market studies to understand industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competition movements. Provide data-based recommendations to improve sales strategies.

Content Coordination: Work with the marketing team and external agencies to participate in the creation of impactful and engaging sales-oriented content.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or data analysis.

1-2 years of experience in transport or energy sector.

Familiarity with key concepts of digital marketing and online strategies.

Proficiency in both English and French, both oral and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
