Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicaid, Health Choices, and other third-party billing processes
• Experience with automated billing systems
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements and statutes
• Associate's degree in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent work experience
• Accounts Receivable or related experience preferred, healthcare experience a plus

• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
• Proficiency in financial database management systems such as Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
• Excellent customer service, written communication, and problem-solving skills
