The organization’s employee engagement platform and marketplace leverages the power of AI and Machine Learning, enabling industry giants, such as the likes of Apple and BMW, to offer personalized loyalty incentives and rewards to their top performers. These rewards can then be redeemed for millions of prizes available through their platform.


Having achieved an impressive 40% year-on-year growth and recently entering into new markets, they are currently looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to take charge of their frontline support.


As the Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership and provide mentorship and guidance to the support team. Additionally, you will have the chance to apply your technical expertise through providing Tier 2 support, as well as analyzing their database, identifying patterns, and detecting anomalies, thereby ensuring the platform's seamless operation.


Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong technical capabilities in Database administration.
  • Leadership experience such as Team Lead, Tech Lead, or similar.
  • 5+ years experience in technical analyst support role, or similar.
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Experience working on Tier 2 technology support.
  • Problem solving abilities
