Responsibilities

• Provide consulting advice and subject-matter expertise to clients related to communication of mental health and well-being, pension, benefits, and total rewards programs
• Attend and facilitate client meetings/calls
• Develop and conduct surveys to identify the interests and concerns of audiences
• Implement communication and change management strategies for multiple target audiences using various media
• Research and develop communication and change management materials for various audiences

Requirements

• Experience in a consulting firm preferred
• Experience communicating mental health and well-being, pension, benefits, and total rewards programs preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in communication
• Graduate studies in writing/communication preferred
• University degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or similar
