Onboarding Cybersecurity tools in the Digital Solutions ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within the first six (6) months

Participate in the Change Management Advisory Board;

Collaborate with cybersecurity team to define requirements for those applications

Create and maintain an application roadmap based on requirements

Support and maintain commercially off-the-shelf Software and Corporate Applications for the duration of the contract;

Develop support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues;

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or data analysis.

1-2 years of experience in transport or energy sector.

Familiarity with key concepts of digital marketing and online strategies.

Proficiency in both English and French, both oral and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with project management and time management skills.

Business knowledge and a background in engineering or science (preferred);

Key responsibilities and duties of the position include:

Utilize advanced verbal and written communication skills and business process knowledge to effectively communicate technical and non-technical materials to the customer.

Participate in meetings, which will include presentations to management and other IT personnel, design reviews, peer reviews, and user acceptance reviews.

Demonstrated experience in requirements documentation and discerning requirements from clients
