Job Description
On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Junior Business Analyst - Wallstreet FX.
Junior Business Analyst - Wallstreet FX –


  • Research, formulate, and perform data-driven analytics using SQL
  • Looking at data attributes (related to FX) and ensuring that the data is accurate and complete
  • Contributing to the success of Oracle Migration project
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with business stakeholders, various technology teams and production support teams
  • Working primarily with global markets data
  • Conduct regression testing
  • Ensure that what is fed from upstream is accurate (investigation, analysis, altering format to fit system format, etc.)
  • Prepare test cases and plans and execute those test cases in the required timelines, ensuring deliverables conform to business requirements
  • Assist in resolving complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the system needs for FX trading business by applying your business and technological knowledge to perform analysis, reconciliations, defining user requirements, etc.
  • Test, validate, create artifacts, and assist in deployment of solutions to production environment
  • Manage the collection of business requirements and preparation of functional requirements for development to build
  • Will be working internally with the project team, other BSAs, Developers, as well as with some business users
  • May be expected to look into downstream reporting to assist with building out some reports

Junior Business Analyst - Wallstreet FX – Mandatory Skills


  • Willingness to learn new things is a key value
  • 5+ years professional experience writing and designing SQL queries (intermediate to advanced skills)
  • Hands-on experience with the SDLC (testing and technical specifications), as well as a strong understanding of configurations, technical mappings, data attributes
  • Communication
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • 3+ years recent experience using Wallstreet FX hands-on as a technology specialist
  • 5+ years' experience within in the capacity of a BA/BSA
  • Problem solver
