Business Analyst / Jr. Product Owner (Capital Markets)

Currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Jr Product Owner to be engaged on an initial 3 month contract and then converted to permanent status. Need Senior BA who can bring in new processes and best practices. Someone able to assist the Product Owner in defining the product vision, helping to carve out the feature sets, potentially conduct market research and competitive analysis which will assist the PO in prioritizing the feature sets for future releases. Provide input on what is happening in the Fintech world What are other regulatory bodies leveraging in terms of products, vendors Help PO create a Product strategy, plan, & strategy A case study will need to be prepared & presented at the initial interview stage (2 stage process). You will lead requirements discussions to capture scope & requirements with stakeholders. You are a proactive leader who will own the plan and roadmap. This is to work on a data heavy Market Analytics platform map Currently enhancing product with vendor, then future mapping. Need to have clarity on what goes in, feature set, capabilities, what specific user require; need to ask right questions from stakeholders & business. Devops session User session Need *critical thinking & *collaboration Working with different provincial bodies for requirements Agile Ceremonies Help setup Cloud, foundation Strong understanding of technical data, not queries, more data jargon Data modeling & enterprise relationship diagrams knowledge. Must be curious and have passion for work. Capital Markets experience is nice to have.
