Junior Business Analyst- Access Provisioning

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Junior Business Analyst- Access Provisioning who will be responsible for reviewing the user access of different systems and help identify if there are any errors in system configuration. This candidate will be participating in the problem statement articulation, planning, execution, and project management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Address issues with speed and know what issues to call out
• Identifying, supporting and offering creative solutions to key operational or process issues across the broader team
• Support tasks related to the various control processes that are managed by the access controls team, specifically around the execution of triple validations, toxicity reviews, attestations, and maintenance of standard role documentation
• Developing, collaborating and executing tactical plans that align with the Risk & Control framework
• Lead initiatives to improve the Risk & Control framework
• Coordinate with business, technology partners and controls teams to identify and remediate issues
• Facilitating communications with all partners
• Support any remediation activities, as needed
• Connect with various partners to understand new access control requirements
• Build positive relationships and work closely with key partners to establish the proper support model and offer leadership as needed

Nice To Have:

• 2 years of strong exposure to Identity or Access Management
• 2 years of general knowledge of IT security and Risk disciplines and practices
