Deliver above responsibilities, under the direction of the Lead, Portfolio Manager and/or Project Manager.

Meditech Expanse Access Requirements and Design:

Lead access requirements gathering activities with site contacts.

Develop access design plan based on site requirements.

Escalate risks, issues and constraints to the appropriate Project/Portfolio Manager.

2 years of strong exposure to Identity or Access Management

Identifying, supporting and offering creative solutions to key operational or process issues across the broader team

Connect with various partners to understand new access control requirements

Build positive relationships and work closely with key partners to establish the proper support model and offer leadership as needed

2 years of general knowledge of IT security and Risk disciplines and practices

Developing, collaborating and executing tactical plans that align with the Risk & Control framework

Process urgent terminations as directed by intake team or management team

Coordinate with 1st & 3rd level support when applicable and provide resolution recommendations to management

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Provisioning, 2nd-line support of MFA Hard and Soft tokens, VPN PKI certificates and One-Time/Multi-Time Verification Codes, as requested/approved by IAMO Manager

Utilize troubleshooting skills to understand systems’ issues and the potential root causes

Utilize organizational knowledge to understand the teams and interactions involved in relevant systems/processes
