Tech Business Analyst - Digital Channels

What is the opportunity?

Digital Channel Integration BA Lead will drive Interface/Data analysis and manage evaluation of business processes, Lead will engage with various Tech partners across the organization to document end-to-end requirements including, but not limited, to Portal Payments and account management flows. In addition, analyst is to liaise with key stakeholders and program leads & teams to support overall communications across teams.

You are not afraid of challenging the team on details and be able to think functionally.

You will require a thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas

What will you do?

• Collect and document requirements from key stakeholders across Payments, Core Banking & Liquidity, Fraud and Operations and others
• Work directly with Technology teams of different Workstream on building out the Digital Onboarding experience for the new Cash Management platform for the bank
• Eliciting the requirements needed to carry out business processes including interviews, intelligence analysis and survey assessments.
• Working closely with business architects and other technology staff to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverable.
• Participate in the testing, deployment and continuous integration of relevant systems
• Translating business needs, processes and procedures into a workable system, and articulating on specific software requirements by communicating about these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholders.
• Provide support to Product, Technology and Operations teams

What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

• Experience in drafting Interface requirement documents, IRD etc.
• Startup mindset (comfortable with quick pace, quick change, ambiguities)
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and pro-active with proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Agile scrum environment and continuous integration experience
• Good understanding of Digital Channels journey; Domain knowledge on Cash management covering Digital account opening and Payment Processing onboarding enabling clients to access various products, services, and capabilities
• Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and Cash Management
• 8+ years of Business and /or Technical Analyst experience within Corporate Banking / Cash Management and /or Capital Markets
• Strong communication skills - Ability to summarize and explain clearly large and complex information to a wide range of audiences (senior managers, audit, controller, finance, model developers, regulators and controls)

Nice-to-have

• Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
• Be able to adjust quickly to changes
• Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
• A "can do" attitude
