Business Analyst Jobs

Education

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the Response.
• Scrum Fundamentals certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the Response.
• Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the Response.

Skills / Experience

• 3 years’ experience performing business analysis including developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing findings to present to key stakeholder groups for decision making. Examples should include consolidating stakeholder input with data analysis to present findings to leadership teams to develop future state models, perform gap analyses, and develop transition plans for future state models. The Response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
• 7 years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite to track project progress and milestones. The Response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years.
• 5 years’ experience performing systems analysis to elicit requirements for infrastructure and requirements for infrastructure migrations. Experience should include liaising between the end users and the technical teams to confirm functional and non-functional requirements. The Response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 5 years.
• Previous project experience with transport or transfer services and emergency management. The Response should include at least 1 example.
• 5 years’ experience implementing or migrating systems designed to support activities and infrastructure. The Response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 5 years.
• 7 years’ experience in a business or systems analysis role. Experience should include working with stakeholders to elicit requirements, perform workflow analysis, and gap analysis for information systems projects. The Response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 7 years.
