Must haves:


  • Experience in conceptual design of enterprise data warehouses and extensive experience in data management supporting development teams - working on requirements gathering and design documentation.
  • Led/managed business transformation/solution design initiatives, with a focus on business architecture and user interation/experience design (UI/UX).
  • Knowledge of enterprise architectural concepts and processes, specifically in the area of business architecture for data warehouses, marts, lakes (in Azure platform).
  • Experienced in requirement elicitation, documentation, gap analysis, evaluation of alternative solutions, user interation/experience design (UI/UX) and making recommendations.
  • Experience facilitating sessions with a diverse audience for requirements discovery and analysis using a variety of methodologies (e.g. Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
  • Experience in writing user stories in Azure DevOps.


Nice to have


  • Knowledge of front end, web-based technologies and data-mining/reporting-based COTS tools encompassing feasibility studies, requirements definition, analysis, prototyping, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance.

  • Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
  • Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.
  • Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.

  • Knowledge of accessibility compliance requirements e.g AODA, WCAG 2.0 AA
  • Understand data warehouse modeling concepts and design principles (Kimball and Inmon)
