Job Description
What You’ll Do


Our Retail Insights team is focused on using data driven approaches to improve space productivity across our retail network. As a Senior Analyst, or Associate Product Owner, you will be guiding the development of a web based tool focused on planogram optimization for our associate dealers. In this role, you will be working in close collaboration with specialized cross functional teams and our associate dealers. Responsibilities will include:


  • Lead interactions with dealers to share product updates and gather feedback to ensure product development is aligned to their priorities
  • Anticipate client needs based on your understanding of their business objectives
  • Provide training and ongoing support to store and field teams as needed
  • Overseeing cross functional planning and review cycles to provide guidance and assess progress
  • Develop and maintain a program roadmap to define the vision for cross functional teams


What You’ve Done


  • Atleast 3 years of experience in a corporate work environment
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and provide recommended options
  • Demonstrated the ability to creatively tackle business objectives with data and analytics
  • SQL coding experience is an asset
  • Able to work within a team
  • Exposure to Agile development of Software is an asset
  • Superior listening and communication skills
  • Able to influence through logic and persuasion, even in the absence of direct authority
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Tools
  • Post-secondary education, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or Data Science
  • Retail experience is an asset
