To conquer this, AutoCruitment has developed a targeted, direct-to-patient online marketing platform to recruit, screen, and refer patients for clinical trials and specialty procedures.
What we’re seeking
We are currently looking to strengthen our team at AutoCruitment and are seeking an experienced, creative digital marketing specialist to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of digital platforms, ensuring the success of our business objectives and those of our clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will:
- Launch and optimize campaigns using testing methodology.
- Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging.
- Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs for all digital channels.
- Set up and manage digital campaigns.
- Examine analytics to optimize campaign metrics.
- Assist in SEM, SEO and holistic digital marketing strategy.
- Assist in content development, editing, and proofing for all campaign activities.
- Oversee management of digital channels.
- Assist with internal platform daily campaign activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEM, PPC, SEO, Content Marketing and Email Marketing
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Google Analytics and/or comfortable editing within source code.
- Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms.
Skills
- Ability to learn new technologies with ease.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently as well as with co-workers, peers, and supervisors.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and content creation experience.
- A passionate team player who enjoys collaboration and teamwork.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and reports.
- Prioritizes attention to detail.
- Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple time-sensitive requests.
