Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, CRO, and general maintenance of marketing campaigns.
2. Create and curate content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports on digital marketing campaign performance and ROI.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing online presence and engagement.
6. Assist with the management and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
7. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other digital channels.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
9. Utilize a data-driven approach and framework thinking for effective problem-solving.
10. Explore new channels for user acquisition, such as Influencer marketing , leveraging your D2C/e-commerce expertise.

Key Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools.
4. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
8. 2-5 years of experience in a D2C/e-commerce company.
