Responsibilities:

• Ability to deliver effective copy for the different teams while meeting deadlines and release schedules for Email, SMS, & On-site functions.
• Ensure Tone and Voice consistency with brand and product
• You’ll be working on multiple projects at once, providing content and writing from early prototyping through final execution.
• Support Content Manager in creating conversion optimization content strategies while identifying content optimization opportunities
• Participate in user research and use new insights to iterate on copy that resonates with user needs and delivers delight
• Support Content Manager, designers, QA, and Marketing teams with a relentless focus on user experience and the ability to clearly articulate how and why to add personality to UI text… and when not to.
• Ability to improve conversions and other key metrics by A/B testing and iterating on website copy
• Help with developing extended content such as release notes, internal blogs, press releases, product documentation, etc.
• Write compelling content with a focus on UX to optimize landing pages, AB Tests, Emails, SMS, and the E-commerce website to align with CRO strategy.
• Assist the Content Manager in setting the vision for content and driving cohesive website copy by defining, developing, and evolving a set of standards and guidelines to follow to present ourselves with the right voice and tone in every context

Required skills/experience:

• Experience UX Writing, Email + SMS content writing
• A good understanding of UX and UX research practices is beneficial
• At least 3-4 years of content writing experience
• Fluent English Speaker
• Effective writing, editing, and previous experience in E-commerce.
• Good Copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling value propositions
