The ideal candidate for this role takes initiative and ownership over their work, thrives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative in-person environment, and is capable of rapidly adapting to evolving needs as required.Requirements:5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial technology or blockchain industry.Strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly as it relates to low latency trading infrastructure, with a deep understanding of Cosmos SDK and its ecosystem.Familiarity with software development methodologies such as agile and scrum.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.Experience with product roadmap development and management, including prioritization and resource allocation.Knowledge of product analytics and metrics, with the ability to track and analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and product performance.Responsibilities:Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for low latency decentralized trading infrastructure built on Cosmos SDK, based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.Collaborate with engineering teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and strategy.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the low latency trading infrastructure market and competition, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvement.Track and analyze key product metrics, including trading volume, liquidity, transaction speed, and user engagement, and use this information to inform product decisions and roadmap planning.Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality of the final product.Act as a customer advocate, regularly engaging with customers and other stakeholders to gain insights and feedback on the product.Continuously improve the product development process, implementing best practices and new technologies as appropriate, with a specific focus on utilizing Cosmos SDK and its ecosystem to build low latency trading infrastructure.
