Job Title

Associate, Trade Support - Global Equities Derivatives

The job functions include:

• Acting as an subject matter expert for several GE processes and providing prompt support and accuracy for ad-hoc issues
• Processing trade amendments, bookings and cancellations into the GE Front Office systems as requested and approved by the GE desks
• Investigating and resolving breaks between GE systems raised by internal settlements and middle office teams
• Running and managing trade and position reporting to various internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and implementing methods to streamline existing processes and providing guidance on GE-related projects/enhancement across the various Trading and Sales platforms
• Assisting the Sales desk in the opening of new and existing client and broker accounts

An ideal candidate will have:

• Can work efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-paced atmosphere
• 2+ years of work experience in trade support or derivative-related role(s)
• Knowledge of financial products (OTC options, OTC swaps, OTC notes, listed products)
• High attention to detail
• VBA skills are an asset
