What we are looking for:

• A curious and hard-working individual that is passionate about equity investing with a long-term horizon.

Your responsibilities may include the following:

• A wide variety of projects related to ESG and its integration into the strategy.
• An in-depth research report including industry analysis, company analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and an interview with the company’s senior management.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business/Engineering, MBA, or related field
• Methodical, resourceful, and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team:
• Superior presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Previous fundamental equity analysis experience, an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

At the end of the internship, we hope the candidate will have a lot of fun, develop valuable skills, and make a strong contribution to the small cap team. The intern will receive an opportunity to learn from a seasoned and successful team and learn first-hand the investment philosophy and process in our quality growth approach to investing.
