Job Description
What We Need


FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Trade Support Associate within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in 212 King Street West, Toronto ON.


The successful candidate will join a demanding and busy trading desk and will be responsible for maintaining various currency reconciliation initiatives.


You will report directly to Director, NA Cash Trading and Trading Operations and regularly collaborate with team(s)/department(s).


The salary range for this position is between $48,000 CAD - $53,000 CAD.


How We Work


As a Trade Support Associate, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:


  • Assigned workspace in 212 King Street West, Toronto ON office
  • Company-issued equipment [+ remote access]
  • Formal, hands-on training


Role Responsibilities


The responsibilities of the role will include:


  • Assist with special projects as required (for example regulatory reporting)
  • Run system resorts for expirations; review weekly and daily resports for sales team to alert of upcoming expirtations and related transactions
  • Execute early delivery tranactions in our proprietary systems. Run client positions reports, ensure accuracy
  • Import Complex deals to system and ensure accuracy
  • Enter client and bank Options Structures to our deal capture and risk managemnt system & trade confirmations
  • Support sales queries regarding forwrds and opetions valuationa (mark to market statements)
  • Run system reports that prove correctness of exerice cash flows
  • Review and approve all economic trade and client details on system resports and generated confirmations


Qualifications & Skills


  • Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion on daily transactions / responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Solid time management skills;
  • Proven record to contribute as a strong team player in a fast-paced, deadline driven, diverse environment;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Foreign Exchange/multi-currency exposures are a definite asset;
  • Proficient in M/S Office (with particular focus on Excel)
  • Diploma Finance is a definite asset;
  • Strong attention to detail is essential in order to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data;
  • Proven ability to make handle and / or lead multiple projects with minimal oversight;
