Senior Product Manager, Retail Media Platform

As a Senior Product Manager - RMP, you will be responsible for working closely with teams across the organization to define and evolve our retail media platform. We are building one of Canada’s most exciting media solutions. The Retail Media Platform offers new ways to plan and deliver meaningful digital advertising to help consumer brands more effectively reach customers who will love their products.
Reporting the Product Lead, you will own defining and managing the roadmap, delivery, and health of a product area in our ad tech stack, supporting display and sponsored product ads offering on our Online Grocery (PC Express), Shoppers Drug Mart and PC Optimum businesses. You will get to work with a diverse internal stakeholder set including our program delivery, data science & engineering, product design, media strategy and execution and sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring a good mix of product management skill set, technical fluency, ads experience and a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial approach.
What You'll Do

• Be your portfolio’s point of contact for our go to market team and support their workstreams in developing content, collateral, training materials and other promotional activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align senior leadership on vision & roadmap.
• Work with engineering partners, product managers, developers, designers, internal customers, and business stakeholders to create and manage the product roadmap for your portfolio.
• Help shape how other product teams and colleagues across Loblaw Digital engage with and derive value from our platform components and service suites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and internal customers across the organization to help define the ideal platform solution to our problems and translate these to user stories and detailed requirements.
• Manage the product backlog including ongoing prioritization, grooming, and unblocking the development team to work as efficiently as possible.
• Measure success with KPI’s that include revenue targets, operational efficiencies, platform adoption and stability.
• You’ll develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, and technology.
• Participate in collecting feedback from users and businesses to identify problems that our platform can solve to drive more value.

What You'll Need

• You have experience taking a concept from idea to launch, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team however you can.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Proven product craft fundamentals including strong expertise with JIRA, and delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with presentation, spreadsheet and other business management tools is expected.
• 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years product experience with SaaS platforms, ideally within an Ad Tech, eCommerce business.
• Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity.
• Experience working in highly matrixed environment including solid stakeholder management.
