Position: Product Manager - Senior

Candidates needs to be in office- 3 days a week

• Developingmaterialsforandconductingexecutivebriefings.
• Theresource'sdepthofexperiencerollingoutcomplexEnterpriselevelproductsrelatedtotechnologyimplementationsandtransformations,workspacemodernization,andusermigrations.
• DemonstratedexperienceofProductManagementmethodologies,experienceincreatingroadmaps,integratedplandevelopment,trackingissues/risks,managingandreportingproductfinancialsanddevelopingGovernanceModels.

2.ServiceImplementation,migrationandtransformationexperience-20%

• ProvenknowledgeofProductManagementpracticesandmodernization,withparticularfocusintheareaoftelecommunicationsinfrastructurerationalization,design,andmigration.
• Abilitytoplanandexecuteenterprise/largescalevoice,data,andvideoservicesmigrations.
• DemonstratedexperiencewithleadingI&ITproduct/servicemigrations,includingworkingknowledgeofmigrationmethodologies,vendormanagement,andinterdependencies.

3.Levelofcommunicationsskillsoftheindividual-15%

• Politicalacuity,tact,andadvisingprogramleadsandexecutivesonriskandprogramproblemmanagement.
• Demonstratedexperienceworkingwithkeystakeholdersandvendorpartners(internalandexternal)andusingcommunicationskillstonegotiateanddocumentanyproductinformation,andobtainsupportfromkeystakeholdersandclientsonrelateddeliverables.

4.PublicSectorExperience-5%

• ExperienceinteractingandnavigatingwithclientsincludingExecutivesandseniormanagement.
• Demonstratedexperienceinengagingwiththepublicsector,specificallyrelatedtoProductManagement.
