8+ years of experience in railroad engineering design, construction, or maintenance for light rail, heavy rail, and/or streetcar transit projects;
Certified and qualified in Track Inspection Guidelines (TIG) with a minimum of 5 years of track inspection experience;
Possess Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR) Certification;
