To Qualify for the Role you Must Have

  • 7+ years of experience in the software development field, including leading a team of 10+ developers, managers, and closely associated roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience, preferably in newer technologies like Python, JavaScript (Angular/React/Node) etc. Experience with Java or PHP is also an asset.
  • A history of successfully managing projects from conception through development, deployment and maintenance, preferably in a service-based business.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps setup and maintenance. And experience setting up for CI/CD/CT pipelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can articulate concepts clearly and concisely, and make effective presentations to internal audiences, technical workshops, conferences and investors.
