Responsible for the preparation, completion and compliance of business requirements based on business needs.

Establish effective working relationships with Walmart Canada’s Product Management, Infrastructure, Technology Rollouts, and Walmart International teams to ensure:

Timely setup of a standardized technology support framework and knowledge transfer process for new technology assets

8+ years related work experience.

In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.

Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.

PMP and ITIL Certification preferred

Experience with enterprise-grade content management platforms such Adobe Experience Manager is a "nice to have" skill

Experience with GraphQL is a "nice to have" skill

2+ years experience as a Tech Lead or in a comparable technology leadership role

Strong fundamental and practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, Next.js and JavaScript

Experience collaborating with Creative team members

Experience managing development and delivery of commercial websites

Management of Team mailbox, CSP queue and escalated items via other channels (sales, vendors, merchants).

Host Security Key Management (HSM) and manage key custodianship and business process, as well as pinpad uploads to the host.

Vast experience with the various Point of Sale (POS) terminal offerings, integrated solutions, and associated communication protocols.

Develop and manage relationships with vendors (DXC, TNS, VeriFone & Ingenico), third-party processors, call centers, sales, and other business areas.

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of ITIL framework; Problem Management, Change Management, Incident, Configuration, Release Management and Service Level Management.

Deep understanding of DevOps setup and maintenance. And experience setting up for CI/CD/CT pipelines.

Minimum 5 years experience in surveying, civil construction, mining operations and engineering, or a related field.

Technical diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering or Geomatics is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Provide Customer Technical Support for both SITECH and Caterpillar suite of products.

Identify and troubleshoot product issues and take appropriate actions to repair and resolve issues cost-effectively, to minimize customer downtime.

Maintain and track all SITECH and/or Caterpillar technology inventory and tooling stored at respective branches or rented and loaned to customers.

Have comprehensive knowledge and experience with advanced products including Business Center HCE Software, UTS for machine guidance, and Visionlink Landfill monitoring.
