Typically 10-15 years of work experience in SW development/implementation/migration

Experience translating technology strategy into implementation plans with strong execution and delivery capability

Experience managing a Portfolio and involvement in Strategic Initiatives, with impact at enterprise level

Knowledge of solution architecture and understanding the dynamics of downstream/upstream impact of technology

Facilitate growth and development for the development team, including coaching, career path development, and performance management.

7+ years of experience in the software development field, including leading a team of 10+ developers, managers, and closely associated roles.

Collaborate with executive counterparts to ensure the delivery of outstanding experiences to clients.

Strong academic record including a bachelor’s degree and approximately of 10 years of industry experience or with a recognized consulting firm.

Deep understanding of DevOps setup and maintenance. And experience setting up for CI/CD/CT pipelines.

6+ years of web and/or mobile interface development experience

6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, web and/or mobile.

You have solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Thirst for knowledge, exploring new developments and techniques as they arrive.

Expert level knowledge of risk identification, management, and analysis.

In-depth knowledge of computerized, software and electronics technology.

Well-developed communication skills, and strong written ability to generate clear documentation on outcome focused, risk based technical standards.

Experienced with data analysis, data visualization and related tools.

Demonstrated experience leading teams, delegating and overseeing team’s work, and leading positive change

Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
