Position Overview: As a Senior Technology Leader you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our client engagements, product development initiatives, and internal teams. You will leverage your exceptional leadership skills, deep technical background, and proven experience in mentoring and guiding teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering transformative enterprise projects, fostering innovation, and achieving tangible results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative and scalable technology solutions, delivering significant value and impact to our clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, and develop and execute technology strategies that align with their goals.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
• Contribute to the overall business development efforts by identifying opportunities for expansion, cultivating client relationships, and participating in sales activities.
• Lead strategic planning and delivery for Cloud Platforms, Business Consulting, and Data and Machine Learning ensuring successful delivery of projects, products, and services to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise projects and products, driving transformative change for clients.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on DevOps practices.
• Deep technical knowledge of DevOps tools, automation, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, DevOps, Agile) are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in contributing to business development activities, including client engagement, solution proposal development, and sales support.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong background in mentoring and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Location: This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and may require occasional travel to client sites as needed.
