Extensive (15 years +) of overall experience working in software development, with most of those years working with Ruby on Rails.

At least 5-8 years of previous experience as a Technical Team Leader of software development teams leading cloud-based dev projects.

Extensive (10 years +) experience working with Ruby on Rails

Extensive experience working as a full-stack developer, ideally with React or similar on the front end.

Relies on experience and problem-solving capability to identify and address technical challenges and trade-offs within the system.
