Experience
- [Agency Pre-screening Requirement] Implementation Experience with ‘Halo ITSM ((https://haloitsm.com/)’ OR multiple ‘ITSM OR Call Centre’ implementations equivalent
- [Agency Pre-screening Requirement] Project Management Institute’s PMP Certification
- [Highly desirable] Solution design and subject matter experience of Oracle Peoplesoft – Finance (https://www.oracle.com/ca-en/applications/peoplesoft/ ) and / or Jaggaer (https://www.jaggaer.com/).
- 4+ of experience in technical projects (‘Halo ITSM’ or multiple ‘ITSM or Call Centre’ implementations equivalent), systems enhancements, or systems maintenance to support multiple business areas
- 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- 1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentation
- 3+ years of experience with full product ITSM or Call Centre technology (IVR, Chat functionality, etc.) lifecycle with an understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle
- Served in team lead or project management role for a few years
- At least 7 years of industry and supervisory experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
- Well-versed in a number of computer applications and scheduling tools
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
- IT Transformations and Digitization is an asset
