Knowledge, understanding and experience of established Project Management Methodologies and Techniques related to all phases of an IT project life cycle

Knowledge and experience of resource management, supervise and provide leadership/guidance to project teams

Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices, including SDLC, Enterprise Architecture, PMI/PMBOK, UPM, ITIL, Agile/Waterfall

Leads change management and leverages strategies and actions to overcome resistance

Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.

Bachelor's degree OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years experience managing supply chain projects.

Advanced experience with Supply Chain Projects and Initiatives.

Exposure to ISO certification (Medical Device would be a plus).

Minimum 8-10 years’ project management experience working in electronic health-related projects in Agile environment.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)

Knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge

Provides project management on large scale, complex projects for Ontario Health (OH) initiatives

Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business priorities

Knowledge of the industry's regulations, market trends, and best practices

Good time management and organizational skills

Prepare and manage take-offs, bids, and quotations

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in construction coordination experience

Basic math skills for invoicing

10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager/Leader/Executive

A valid relevant Professional Certification

Experience working in the Federal Government

Experience leading Treasury Board submissions

Holds a University PhD, Graduate, or Undergraduate, Degree

Professional knowledge and experience in project management, including problem solving, conflict resolution skills, consulting skills, operational management skills and analytical skills.

Post secondary education or equivalent experience in sales, marketing

Identify warehousing, distribution, and transportation requirements of potential customers nationally
