Overview A Project Leader is a professional who is responsible for managing and leading a project from start to finish. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the project, as well as ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget. They must also ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any changes that may occur. Detailed Job Description A Project Leader is responsible for the overall success of a project. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling the project, as well as ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget. They must also ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and any changes that may occur. They must also be able to identify and manage risks, as well as develop strategies to mitigate them. They must also be able to manage and motivate the project team, and ensure that all team members are working towards the same goal. Job Skills Required• Project Management: The Project Leader must be able to plan, organize, and control the project, as well as ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
• Communication: The Project Leader must be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and ensure that they are kept informed of progress and any changes that may occur.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
