Senior Finance Leader Jobs

Possess 5-10 years of managerial experience, particularly within the Financial and FinTech Industries.

Command a robust financial and accounting background encompassing Profit and Loss (P/L), balance sheet, and cash flow management.

Familiarity with financial management software and systems implementation is beneficial.

Lead negotiations and contracts with vendors, PaaS partners, client meetings, investor meetings, internal finance and cross-function meetings, standing meetings etc.

Manage SOC2, accounting integration work streams etc.

Preferred certifications include CPA, CFA, and CMA, with an MBA as an asset

Strong leadership skills with 10+ years of experience in managing and developing finance teams.

A/R management, collections, and client resolution

Lead and manage in a decentralized remote working environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor relationships, interact with clients, and lead cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.

15+ years of proven experience in finance operations, demonstrating expertise in project billing, sales tax invoicing, and process automation.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on DevOps practices.

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.

Deep technical knowledge of DevOps tools, automation, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Demonstrated experience in contributing to business development activities, including client engagement, solution proposal development, and sales support.

Professional certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, DevOps, Agile) are a plus.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Participation in major tenders and contract negotiation, P&L, and full-cycle management;

Set-up accounting and FP&A finance organization.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business partner role including financial analysis / professional practice;

Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting;

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills;

A minimum of 8+ years of experience working with management and financial accounting and budget flows.

Project Management experience would be an asset

Carry out detailed financial analysis for HQ-based organization management, as required.

Prepare quarterly Letter of Representation in partnership with line management.

Participate in the review of policies & procedures on behalf of the manager.

Monitor and provide assessments of resource and program performance to client organization managers, to facilitate redirection.
