Corporate Finance Leader Jobs

Summary:

The Corporate Finance Leader will directly report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will be entrusted with overseeing all financial and accounting operations in strict adherence to local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Operating as a pivotal figure within the senior leadership team, this role assumes comprehensive accountability for a spectrum of responsibilities, encompassing accounting and financial statements, budget formulation, risk management, accounts payable, revenue cycle and patient financial services, reimbursement, managed care contracting, Medicare cost report, materials management, IT, and the culmination of the year-end audit process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing funding/securitization reporting requirements
• Provides leadership, financial oversight and direction to ensure the overall financial well-being for the Company- address potential financial risks.
• Support payments and banking activities, financial statements and audit work (AUP, annual financial, etc.)
• Coordinates and oversees the delivery of payroll and implementation of incentive compensation plans.
• Manage SOC2, accounting integration work streams etc.
• Prepares or oversees the reconciliation of income and expenditures.
• Provide financial projections and accounting services, prepares budgets and financial strategy recommendations to the CFO/CEO.
• Actively seeks to build additional efficiencies in the existing systems or processes for improved automation and reliability of data across platforms.
• Act on ADHOC projects (e.g., ISO, PCI and SOC2 compliance, product accounting integration work stream, SRED, etc.), legal or compliance related matters, etc.
• Lead negotiations and contracts with vendors, PaaS partners, client meetings, investor meetings, internal finance and cross-function meetings, standing meetings etc.
• Provides analysis and recommendations on other corporate financial matters including but not limited to, company stock valuation, stock repurchase plans and stock incentive plans.
• Design financial models, provides dashboard metrics and standard reports.
• Oversees all financial decisions including budgeting, auditing, and compliance reporting of financial information.
• Prepares and analyzes financial statements/reports.
• Monitors trends and variances to provide proactive recommendations to maximize profitability, productivity, and decision support.

Requirements:

• Exhibit proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a profound understanding of generally accepted accounting principles. Demonstrated experience or an exceptional comprehension of the entire scope of responsibilities detailed above.
• Familiarity with financial management software and systems implementation is beneficial.
• Possess 5-10 years of managerial experience, particularly within the Financial and FinTech Industries.
• Command a robust financial and accounting background encompassing Profit and Loss (P/L), balance sheet, and cash flow management.
• Preferred certifications include CPA, CFA, and CMA, with an MBA as an asset
• Solid IT, Product Pricing and Analytics experience is an additional advantage.
