Job Title: Director of Finance

Reports To: CEO

Summary:

The Director of Finance is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and risk management. The Director of Finance will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and execute the company's financial strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company to financial institutions and other external stakeholders
• Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy
• Manage the treasury function, including cash management, investment, and debt financing
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
• Oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
