We are looking for a strong and experienced leader who can lead a team of 12 people, reporting to the CFO. The successful candidate has a track record of spearheading change and performance excellence with the job responsibilities listed below

• A/R management, collections, and client resolution
• Payments processing
• Procurement, Purchase orders
• Bad debt accruals
• Professional Services project billing
• Vendor management, resolution
• Subscription billing (MRR, ARR, reseller)
• Cash flow cycle and support accurate cash projections
• Sales tax invoicing and compliance
• Optimize processes and automation

• Lead and manage in a decentralized remote working environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor relationships, interact with clients, and lead cross-functional teams.

• Strong leadership skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change as an opportunity to improve Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• Experience from $100M+ companies in professional services or software industry
• Multicultural experience is considered a plus
• Integrated ERP system experience – Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
• 15+ years of proven experience in finance operations, demonstrating expertise in project billing, sales tax invoicing, and process automation.
• Strong leadership skills with 10+ years of experience in managing and developing finance teams.
• Proficiency in process automation and technology solutions to enhance finance operations.
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes, project billing intricacies, sales tax compliance, and procurement best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
