Senior Director Of Finance - Real Estate

As a member of the property management team, the key responsibilities of the Senior Director of Finance, Real Estate include but are not limited to:Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with Yardi Voyager 7 and CMIC
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with the proven ability to work with all levels including Senior Management
• Drive improvement, uniformity and consistency in financial operations by ensuring adherence to best practices, policies and procedures.
• Lead oversight of all property accounting activities including lease set up, rent roll billing, rent collection, property disbursements, job costing, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with technology support team on finance system upgrades, reporting enhancements, security and operational effectiveness.Required Knowledge and Experience:
• Lead the preparation of annual property budget and monthly forecasts
• Provide strong financial support to our asset management, leasing, property management and development teams.
• Lead development and maintenance of finance accounting policies, processes, and best practices.

• Demonstrated attention to details with a focus on organisation and accuracy
• Oversee TGA Group finance and property accounting operations
• Minimum 10 years of related real estate industry experience
• The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with numerous competing priorities and reporting deadlines
• Direct involvement in new property acquisitions and corporate initiatives, contributing to and leading the analysis, recommendations, and execution.
• Lead and develop employee talent - guiding, mentoring, recruiting, and hiring
• CPA designation
