In this role, you will be responsible for installing and removing real estate signs, ensuring they are placed accurately and professionally.

Responsibilities:
Install and remove real estate signs at designated properties.
Ensure that signs are placed accurately and securely, following company guidelines.
Drive to various locations to complete sign installation and removal tasks.
Utilize mobile devices (iPhone) and navigation tools (Google Maps) to locate properties and plan routes efficiently.
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods to navigate effectively.
Work independently and manage your own schedule to meet installation and removal deadlines.
Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure signs are installed neatly and professionally.
Lift and carry signs and equipment, up to 20 pounds, as required for the job.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience as a driver, with a good understanding of efficient route planning.
Proficiency in using iPhone and Google Maps for navigation.
Familiarity with the city's layout, neighborhoods, and streets.
Ability to work independently and responsibly manage your workload.
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure signs are installed accurately and neatly.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Prior experience in a similar role, such as signage installation, delivery, or field service, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
