Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on DevOps practices.

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.

Deep technical knowledge of DevOps tools, automation, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Demonstrated experience in contributing to business development activities, including client engagement, solution proposal development, and sales support.

Professional certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, DevOps, Agile) are a plus.

High degree of proficiency and experience in Project Management concepts (Waterfall, Iterative, Incremental and Agile methodologies)

People Management/Leadership and coaching/mentorship experience is a major asset
