Your Key Responsibilities


As a Broadridge Migration Technical Lead, you will advise clients and the team with professionals in client information, data and technology, and / or strategic alliances with third parties to achieve strategic transformations and digital implementations. You will lead the delivery of customer engagements, build customer relationships and lead team development.

To qualify for the role you must have


  • Experience with Data Mapping among different systems for Migration and Conversion
  • Understanding of integration of Security Master with Broadridge
  • Experience in supporting Trading, Fixed Income, Customer Portfolio, Regulatory Compliance on Broadridge as part of technology team
  • Experience in working with Business to drive decisions around data mapping/derivation
  • Understanding of Advisor Performance and Compensation Management solutions on Broadridge
  • Understanding of how Enterprise Systems (E.g. Finance, HR, CRM etc.) are integrated with Wealth Management System
  • Experience with Front to Back Office Wealth Management solution from Broadridge
  • Experience in working with Matrix and Complex organization and multiple stakeholders from Technology and Business


Ideally, you’ll also have


Experience in


  • Databases
  • Transforming data formats e.g. EBCDIC to UNICODE
  • IT strategy and roadmap
  • Business and IT architecture
  • Working with a Techno-Functional Approach
  • Agile Methodology
