What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will:

• Provide technical delivery support (lightweight project management) for Deloitte Technology Architecture teams
• Participate in project meetings with subject matter experts to build and edit technical documentation.
• Assist with compliance to policy and guidelines.
• Identify relevant technical data and compile into Deloitte Technology standards.
• Assist in the planning infrastructure documentation components.
• Be able to communicate and work with clients (internal) and peers in different time zones and countries while being able to provide excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be accountable for executing tasks according to established standards, procedures, and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement for new and existing documentation.
• Use data from technical teams to create workable knowledgebase articles that comply with Deloitte Technology standards.
• Report, pursue, communicate, and as required, escalate any breaches in information security or policies.

In this role, you need:

• Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Teams
• Data analysis skills
• Master of the English language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery of Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A minimum of 3 years in technical documentation
• Ability to handle multiple projects with various complexities
• Certification in Information Mapping is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Any Information technology wide certifications including: ITIL, networks, hardware, software and project management is a bonus.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other incident reporting software systems
