As part of strengthening the Kameleoon Consulting team in North America and ensuring our customers & prospects are satisfied and successful in deploying and leveraging Kameleoon solutions, we are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Solutions Engineer in Toronto (Canada).
Under the leadership of a Customer Success Team Leader, you will be in charge of supporting our customers in the US and Canada in the implementation of their optimization strategy and supporting our Sales team to demonstrate technical aspects of the Kameleoon platform to our prospects and how to integrate with their tech stack.
You will mainly be involved in the following missions:
Presales (25/30%)
- Lead technical discussions during Presales calls, including providing guidance, recommendations, and best practices to customer IT/dev teams, with a focus on Kameleoon integration in their tech stack
- Answer any technical-related questions in RFPs
- POC / trials / Sandbox: drive technical discussion from onboarding through setup and implementation to anticipate and remediate any technical flaw in the prospect/customer experience
Customer onboarding and follow-up (25/30%)
- Coordinate with R&D, Product, and Architects teams to expedite issues resolution
- Perform advanced Technical training for customer developers
- Level 2 support on a dedicated portfolio of North American customers
- Guide customer to ensure fast and smooth setup/implementation
R&D contributions (35%)
- Custom 3rd party tools integration
- Maintain and improve the Demo Sandbox environment (both Full stack and Web Experimentation) to make it more customizable to each prospect context
- Contribute to SDKs evolution
Internal training & knowledge sharing (10%)
- Follow regular training and enablements from the Technical and product team to keep an edge on advanced technical knowledge
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation
- Perform regular training (at least bimonthly) on new and advanced technical topics for other Technical Account Managers and Solution Engineers
What are we looking for?

- Fluent in English
- Intermediate Front-end dev skills
- At least 3 years of experience in Presales and/or Consulting position
- A first experience around CRO, Feature management or in the digital marketing space
- Intermediate to advanced Back-end and/or mobile dev skills
- Advanced Tech stack & IT architecture comprehension
- >8 years experience in IT, R&D or tech consulting team (ideally within a B2B SaaS company)
