Emburse has been continuously growing and expanding in all areas of the globe. To keep up with our growth, we are adding a Technical Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition Team to source and hire strong talent! As Emburse's Technical Recruiter you play a critical role in growing our teams. You will be responsible for continuously sourcing talent and guiding both candidates and hiring managers through our interview process from beginning to end. You'll use your customer service skills to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process and your interpersonal skills in fostering relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.


What you'll do:


  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks, and deliver a root cause analysis before risks become roadblocks
  • Ensure background checks are initiated and completed prior to candidate's start date
  • Foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Continuously source for great talent using applicable social media platforms as it pertains to the role
  • Review, identify, engage, evaluate, and recruit talented professionals
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process; providing timely and clear updates to candidates and hiring managers
  • Stay up-to-date on recruitment compliance and best practices
  • Pull reporting metrics, analyze data, and provide recommendations for process changes and improvements
  • Communicate ideas effectively to a wide audience including Directors and VPs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Subject matter expert in one or more areas of specialization (e.g. technical domain, role, level, hiring events, systems and tools, etc.)
  • Manage job requisitions and ensure updated job descriptions are on file
  • Design and implement experiments that solve complex sourcing and closing requirements.
  • Attend recruiting events to build our candidate pipeline


What we're looking for:


  • Ability to prioritize and shift focus quickly for changing priorities
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual with great interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
  • CPLP, PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field highly preferred
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving ability to navigate through ambiguous scenarios
  • Knowledgeable of different recruiting compliance regulations throughout the U.S. and Canada; experience recruiting in countries outside of Canada is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment supporting multiple Technology teams (Engineering, Product, Design)
