Contract Sales Recruiter (Hybrid)

Quantcast is seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to scale the Toronto sales team. Quantcast delivers better performing advertising by reaching audiences using one of the world’s largest first-party unique data sets and our AI engine, Ara. As the real-time pulse of the Internet, Quantcast uses machine learning to drive human learning. We’ve built one of the largest computing infrastructures, collecting a constant stream of data from over 100 billion events a day, across 100+ million directly measured destinations. Quantcast provides brand marketers and publishers with meaningful audience insights, predictive targeting, and measurement solutions across the customer journey.
This is a 6+ months role with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The expectation is 3 days a week in the Toronto office. The pay rate for this role is $70.00 CAD per hour.
Responsibilities

• Source and hire candidates for various North America Sales roles
• Be your candidates' advocate throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and close
• Develop a deep understanding of hiring manager positions/needs, and serve as a trusted advisor for their recruitment strategy, while maintaining a highly diverse and talented pipeline

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of sales roles and the ability to assess sales candidates' skills, qualifications, and potential
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence (with data, etc.) at all levels
• Working knowledge of Canadian labor laws
• Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter or similar role
• A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process
• Proficient with modern recruiting tools - we use Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter
