| Your challenges?

As a Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in the development of our company. You will work closely with TMC management team in order to support and step up the recruitment workload.

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing the entire recruitment process
• Sourcing for candidates (engineers and staff) to answer the Business Manager’s needs and build talent pools
• Participating in the continuous improvement of our recruitment process
• Proposing new recruitment methods, developing partnerships with schools, participating in recruitment events
• Working in close collaboration with other TMC’s offices
• Defining and implementing a recruitment strategy to attract talents
• Participating in the business meetings in order to introduce your candidates and find projects to them

| What do we expect from you?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role:

• Bachelor or master’s degree from a reputable college / university
• Ideally, you have experience in recruitment within an engineering company or a technical consultancy firm
• You can work under pressure within a high-paced recruiting environment to swiftly process multiple requests and deliver both qualitative and quantitative results
• You have excellent written and communication skills, you are rigorous, autonomous and proactive
• You can interpret complex technical requirements coming from customers and source / recruit the best talents that can fulfill those requirements
• You are highly motivated, and you are eager to prove yourself all over again
• You have experience in recruiting technical, engineering as well as managerial talents in the US market, preferably in the following or comparable sectors: Automotive, IT & Digital and Life Sciences
• You speak fluently in English, any other language is a plus
• You are a true leader and a team player
