Forest Hill Diamond is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Recruiter. As a leading brokerage in the industry, we are expanding our team of real estate salespersons and need a skilled recruiter to attract top-tier talent to our brokerage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified real estate salespersons/brokers.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the hiring process efficiently.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and professional representation of our brokerage.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of recruiting techniques and strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Proven work experience as a recruiter of at least 1 year, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
