Recruiter / Hr Coordinator (Remote)

Aquila Software is seeking a Recruiter / HR Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities 

Reporting to the Head of People, the Recruiter / HR Coordinator will act as a key partner for our people, and will have the following primary responsibilities:

• Build pipelines of qualified candidates through various methods (e.g. networking, referrals, industry job sites, etc.)
• Assist in development and implementation of recruitment policies
• Stay in close contact with candidates and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers
• Facilitate the employee onboarding process
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Source passive candidates through recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Coordinate various stages through the recruitment lifecycle
• Help create an engaging employee experience
• Manage Aquila’s talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Help manage various HR processes including payroll review, benefits, and other administrative duties

Requirements

• Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office, as well as ATS and HRIS systems
• Additional HR training/certification is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in human resources, including significant recruiting experience
• Customer service attitude with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills
