JD:

Mandatory Skills:

• Develop and issue all customer and management schedule reporting. Present schedule data as required.
• Railway background is mandatory
• Engineering degree with 5 to 7 years’ experience
• Be knowledgeable in Project Controls including Critical Path Method Scheduling (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Civil Engineering background is mandatory
• Provide the program with primary and secondary critical path analysis, variance to baseline analysis, and look-ahead reporting.
• Lead the program team in the development of the program Integrated Master Schedule that meets customer and management requirements.
• Assist program team in development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• To demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data, producing accurate, timely and informative reports in multiple formats targeted to the needs of the audience.
• Create a schedule management plan to develop the schedule and document schedule assumptions and constraints.
• Perform resource loading of the project schedule using scheduling tool such as Primvera P6 AND MS Project etc.
• Lead the development and implementation of the program baseline to meet the Earned Value Management system requirements.
• Forensic analysis of projects schedules, produce recommendations for improvement and analyze schedule delays.
• Incorporate changes into the schedule baseline as required following proper change management process.

Responsibilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Strong understanding of planning/scheduling fundamentals and standards.
• Thorough working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, MS Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques.
• Strong understanding of earned value principles.
