THE TEAM & CONTEXT: In your role as an Education Consultant, you will play a pivotal role inworking with accounts in yout region to grow and upskill them. You will work closely with salons to ensure that they are aware of all launches, have proper training support and are upto date with the latest trends, techniques and knowledge needed to be a successful stylist/business. You will work with Distributor parters to ensure that they are well trainined on all launches as well as support them in the field to grow their business and bring new partnerships to the brand. You will create significant impacts in initiatives which include stylist upskilling that will tie into launches, bringing stylists together into a learning community, as well as finding strategic ways to incorporate digital training with face to face training (online/offline experience).. The role is a phenomenal opportunity which provides an opportunity to make an impact in the growth and development of our indistry. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with top accounts to create Joint Business Plans that include education and methods to grow their business.
• Work with sales teams to grow business in territory and find new and creative ways to connect with potential new accounts.
• Review and optimize sales data to find opportunity to grow in salon market share in accounts.
• Work with distributor stores to bring independent stylists together to ensure they have training on all launches and have the foundational skills required.
• Create and work off a segmentation to ensure all acocunts are supported in the right manner

WHO YOU ARE:

• You are curious, detail-oriented person looking to contribute to a team and organization which values technology, diversity equity and inclusion and sustainability
• You are an entrepreneur at heart looking to run a territory as if it were your own business where you can unleash your creativity and upskill stylists of all reaches.
• Have great communication and troubleshooting skills.
• You posses 2-3 years of experience as a stylist
