Responsible to support the sales and marketing efforts and conduct workflow and technical analysis discussions and work with the customer to tailor the integrations and infrastructure solutions that address the clinical and IT aspects.


The Technical Solution Consultant will lead customer meetings, pre-sale and post-sale discussions designed to identify and support opportunities to sell and implement the Orpheus Solution in numerous clinical settings and specialties. (S)He will engage with clinical end users, system administrators and IT managers and as required with Hospital Executives and Leadership teams to ensure clinical and administrative teams are equipped to successfully implement the solution and establish and manage sustainable da Vinci Surgery programs.


Role And Responsibilities


  • Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.
  • Help drive sales through new product introductions and solution selling
  • Promote collaboration with Orpheus teammates (sales and services) to establish and achieve Orpheus implementation goals.
  • Become a subject matter expert and trusted client advisor for the Orpheus solutions.
  • Support where needed the Orpheus Solution demos with targeted customers
  • Provide consulting services to deliver value to the customer
  • Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype product integrations in customer/partner environments
  • Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects to develop or improve Orpheus processes, deliverables, and other material.
  • Partnership with the product development teams on solution and integration strategy. You'll identify industry trends in on-premise and managed service cloud computing solutions to recommend, plan for, and address core market opportunities with solutions and use cases.
  • Supporting the relationship between R&D, Business and our customers which includes product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, answer RFP’s, and enablement of integrations across Intuitive digital products
  • Be a resource to the clinical and administrative team, providing guidance and insight on the use of the Orpheus System.
  • Recommending integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices
  • Help drive expansion of the user base by working with the Account Managers and channel partners, key hospital staff and thought leaders to fulfill the lead funnel. Regular activities consist of formal presentations, informal events, and get-togethers.
  • Ensure technical and commercial readiness of these solutions, including assets to enable go-to-market teams, and provide field feedback to help shape product direction


Authority


  • Suggest, develop and execute strategic plan to grow sales targets and to expand the company's customer base and revenue.
  • Become an Orpheus expert to assist translating workflow and technical requirements for delivery of the Orpheus Solution as it transitions to and managed by Orpheus Prof. Services.
  • Lead clinical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operations.
  • Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.


Qualifications


Qualifications and Education Requirements


  • Knowledge of Hospitals sales process, market and industry trends.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in integrations sales and planning/services in the healthcare industry.
  • Business acumen – ability to function in an executive business environment and understand the business needs of the OR and procedure rooms.
  • Solid expertise and experience in delivery consulting services to deliver value to the customer.
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
  • Previous experience in building and presenting workflow diagrams, architecture diagrams, high level project plans and business requirements to customers and internal teams.
  • Success in introducing new technologies to the market is a plus.
  • Proven track record in sales achievement.
  • Knowledge of PACS, CPACS, VNA, EMR and Enterprise Imaging workflow.
  • Customer success focus – ability to discover and understand customer needs, engage and inspire customers to adopt new and effective solutions Interdependent partnering – demonstrated record/examples promoting collaborative exchange and driving results through others with high communication.
  • Minimum B.S./B.A. degree preferred or equivalent clinical/medical degree or experience.
  • Healthcare diagnostic imaging sales experience.
  • Communication – ability to deliver consistent and effective communication across organizational levels. Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the enterprise imaging arena, Healthcare information systems.
