Job Description

At The WolfStrata Group (WSG), we’re looking to strengthen our business by adding more incredible talent to our team.We’re currently seeking a Salesforce Consultant to help our clients drive the adoption, optimization, and iteration of their Salesforce platforms, leveraging multiple integrations and technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects. Using their expertise, problem-solving ability, and creativity, the consultant will design, build, deliver, and maintain Salesforce ecosystems. The consultant will also help develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration, along with testing and deployment for WSG’s clients.


Responsibilities

  • Implement all aspects of Salesforce.com including configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and third-party integrations.
  • Utilize declarative configuration features to maintain and optimize WSG client’s Salesforce instances.
  • Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of our client’s business.
  • Interact with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer success.
  • Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them.
  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.
  • Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.
  • Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.
  • Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions.
  • Design, build, test and deliver tailored declarative and/or technical solutions for our Client using Salesforce NPSP and other connected technologies.
  • Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes.
  • Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.


Qualifications

  • Background in CRM process design and implementation
  • Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge
  • Three or more years of experience with technical implementations
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Education

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required
  • Educational equivalent to completion of college diploma

Knowledge

Knowledge of moderately complex procedures or practices within a specialty area. Knowledge of specialized or analytical methods.

  • Experience with managing business systems that are integrated with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of or experience in Apex
  • Declarative configuration experience (Flows, workflows, formulas, etc.)
  • Experience installing and maintaining third-party tools used in Salesforce

Soft Skills

Communicating, collaborating, negotiating and generally affecting changes as a result of strong communications and interpersonal skills in an area of significant importance to WSG clients. Applying judgment to identify opportunities to improve quality of customer service, obtain co-operation and approval for proposed courses of action, programs and procedures. Presenting proposals and recommendations in order to sell ideas/solutions. External contacts that require considerable tact and flexibility.
